Regional Sales Manager


Full Job Description:

TreasuryApps Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the entire process from prospecting to closing business.

The Regional Sales Manager engages with senior managers: Treasurers, and CFOs while developing relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Have superior written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to communicate technical information professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and verbally when presenting to prospects.
  • Experience in the financial software industry.
  • Knowledge of treasury related concepts.
  • Work in collaboration with other areas to drive new business.
  • Own entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs, presenting TreasuryApps proposals in a very professional manner.
  • Travel may be required although it is expected that most of the work will be performed online.
  • Ensure opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in TreasuryApps CRM, providing weekly updates to Senior Management.
  • Update sales forecasts regularly.
  • Attend conferences and industry related events as requested.
  • Prepare demos, meetings and communications with prospects and customers to address their needs as part of the sales process.


Education, Experience and Skills:

 

  • Experience of selling to banks or non-bank customers.
  • Background in selling to CFOs, Treasurers, Cash Managers.
  • Results driven personality.
  • Minimum 2+ years of successful experience in selling SaaS solutions.
  • Understanding of the buying process in large corporations and how to navigate the decision maker network to close business.
  • Strength in strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling.
  • Experience using CRM sales applications.
  • Possess excellent negotiating and professional networking skills.
  • Intuitive and applicable understanding of how treasury department create value.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time depending on assigned territory.
  • Experience building sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Economics, IT, Finance or MBA preferred.
